I see this over and over! What if an employee had financial support during a medical event that would pay them so they did not feel the need to retire? That's what cancer and critical illness coverage does - asset and lifestyle protection so that an employee can get back on their feet once they have made it through the treatment.

May is Disability Insurance and Mental Health Awareness Month emphasizing the importance of comprehensive support in the workplace. Aflac's collaboration with NeuroFlow is aimed at prioritizing mental wellness, as it can have a significant impact on productivity and overall well-being.Too often, people struggling with mental health conditions must ask for help, which can be exceedingly difficult.
