@GetSpectrum I wish Spectrum was a better company. Broadcast surcharge up to $22.20/mo, is the most theft I’ve witnessed in years. TV Choice $29.99 affordable until u tack on $22.20 surcharge. You must strive to be a better company offering better service pricing.

@GetSpectrum y’all are the WORST internet provider available. Your technicians have no training, service drops consistently, and yet I pay for half a GB of download speed on a wifi 6 router. Customer service horrible too.
