@MichaelRapaport @GetSpectrum Sadly all cable companies have the worst customer service. Iām done with all of them . Got a digital antenna and a power booster for 50 bucks so I can watch football on Sundays , **** em .

@GetSpectrum @BN9 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. SPECTRUM RAISED MY MONTHLY BILL BY 20+% with zero notification. When I go to cancel my service 4 days into my new billing cycle, I am told I am responsible for entire month, they wonāt even pro-rate the invoice

DO NOT do business with @GetSpectrum. Multiple issues on their end cost me over $150 dollars when I moved. The last $50 I learned about today when I got a negative mark on my credit report for a bill I never received. This is after paying the first $100 to save myself stress.

@pulte Me!! I am a para-educator. I am working from home now. I work with special needs children. My school district does not provide teacher or aides apparently hot spots. My home wifi @GetSpectrum kicks me constantly. It would help tremendously to get a hot spot. Thank you.

Also, is the only way to disconnect service is to drop off equipment? I would think during a pandemic there would be other options @Ask_Spectrum
